Only the finest grape harvests – from around the globe – ascend to Cooper’s Hawk LUX-status with the painstaking effort and pure dedication of our winemakers.

When we set out to make our Cooper’s Hawk LUX wines, beginning the process with the finest grapes is paramount. And, because we strategically partner with vineyards across the globe, we are able to choose the most extraordinary grapes that each growing season has brought to bear.

Our philosophy is this: start with the best grapes and then bring out their best with our meticulous and measured winemaking process. This best-of-the-best approach means:

+ The fruit that we crush is hand-picked. Impurities are not an option.

+ Punched down by hand, the juice is gently extracted so as to preserve its structural integrity. We start with the best.

+ Aged in French Oak barrels. Infused with a subtle spiciness.
